Are you a B2C company that depends on foot traffic for business? With nearly two billion local searches being conducted each month by consumers who need local products and services, it is increasingly imperative to the success of a business to show up at the top of the search results. More than 80% of searches for local businesses begin on a search engine like Google. Nearly 90% of those consumers find a business through search engines and Internet Yellow Pages, and not through traditional paid advertising.

So to answer the question “Do you need Local SEO?” one must consider how they acquire business. If you depend on local consumer foot traffic to thrive, then Local SEO may soon become a necessity to remain competitive in today’s digital age.

Why do you need Local SEO?

The Internet has revolutionized the competitive landscape for modern businesses and how they gain visibility above competitors. Traditional advertising (i.e. paper ads, radio ads, TV ads, etc.) is losing effectiveness as time goes on, and visibility is now largely determined by who has the most optimized website for a search query. SEO is a long-term investment that sets companies apart from their competitors. In today’s tech-driven society, it is crucial for companies to focus on their online presence in order to attract consumers.

Internet Yellow Pages for Local SEO

Internet Yellow Pages are the building blocks of Local SEO.

How does Local SEO work?

As previously stated, Internet Yellow Pages play a significant role in whether or not a business gets found online. Part of what we do involves increasing & optimizing your presence throughout numerous Internet Yellow Pages. Additionally, we help businesses track their sales back to the source, so that they can properly allocate their marketing efforts towards those sources of revenue.

Phase 1: Laying the Foundation

After we gather information about your business, we conduct a SWOT Analysis for your company to determine the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats for your local online presence—both on your website and off. You will then receive a report which compares your website’s keyword rankings, traffic, and architectural issues to those of your competitors.

Phase 2: Implementation

Once the overall marketing strategy has been determined, we focus on optimizing your website’s content, architecture, and inbound links. A comprehensive list of keywords will be created and rank-checked for each of the local areas that you serve.

Phase 3: Ongoing Optimization and Metrics

Google keeps an eye out for fresh content on websites, so when left untended, a website’s rankings naturally depreciate over time. SEO is a constant battle to maintain your competitive position online, thus, after our initial optimization phases, we will begin a long-term, industry-specific link building campaign that will yield powerful, lasting results.

Throughout the entire process, we regularly monitor your website’s key metrics in order to maintain a clear perspective, and then we send you a detailed monthly report.
